Selling Tickets
1. Visit your "My Cyclone Athletics Account page by clicking here."
2. Enter your "Account ID or Email Address" and Password to log in to your My Cyclone Athletics Account. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Your Password" link. If you are still having issues contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-888-478-2925.
3. Click on the "Manage My Tickets" link located under Quick Links on the left side of the page.
4. Browse the desired event, select your seats, and hit Sell.
5. Set your posting information, then continue.
6. Your tickets are shown as On Sale.
7. A buyer browses, selects, and purchases your tickets.
8. Your original tickets are voided and new tickets are issued.
9. Your tickets are shown as Sold.
10. (90% of the payment will be credited to your season ticket account. There is a 10% posting fee for all tickets sold).
Reprinting Lost/Stolen/Damaged Tickets
1. Visit your "My Cyclone Athletics Account page by clicking here."
2. Enter your "Account ID or Email Address" and Password to log in to your My Cyclone Athletics Account. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Your Password" link. If you are still having issues contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-888-478-2925.
3. Click on the "Manage My Tickets" link located under Quick Links on the left side of the page.
4. Browse the desired event, select your seats, and hit Print.
5. Your original tickets will be voided and new tickets will be issued.
6. Select "Print Your Tickets" in the Ticket Options box.
(a $2 per ticket Authentication and re-issue fee will be charged).
7. Enter your Billing Information and click "Accept".
8. At the confirmation screen, click the "Print Tickets" link to print your tickets.
Forwarding Tickets
1. Visit your "My Cyclone Athletics Account page by clicking here."
2. Enter your "Account ID or Email Address" and Password to log in to your My Cyclone Athletics Account. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Your Password" link. If you are still having issues contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-888-478-2925.
3. Click on the "Manage My Tickets" link located under Quick Links on the left side of the page.
4. Browse the desired event, select your seats, and hit Forward.
5. Enter the recipients' information, choose an email notification and click "Continue".
(a $2 per ticket fee will apply and you may elect to have this paid for by the recipient).
6. Verify the forwarding information and click on "Email Tickets". You will receive an email confirmation that the tickets were sent.
7. Your original tickets are voided and new tickets are issued when claimed by the recipient (The forwarded tickets can be cancelled anytime before they are accepted by logging into your My Cyclone Athletics Account and clicking cancel at the "Manage Your Tickets" screen).
Recipient Procedure
8. The recipient will receive an email notification that tickets have been forwarded to them. Select "Accept Tickets".
9. Recipient should log in to their My Cyclone Athletics Account or click "Create Account" and build an account.
10. Select "Print Tickets" and click continue.
11. Click on "Accept Offer" to complete web pickup.
12. Click on "Download and print tickets now", then print your tickets.
1. Visit the "Cyclones Ticket Exchange" page.
2. Select desired event and click on "Buy".
3. Browse the available tickets, choose your desired tickets, and click "Buy."
