PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Iowa State women's golf team is tied for fifth place after the first two rounds of the Mountain View Collegiate, hosted by Colorado in Phoenix, Ariz. There are 18 teams competing in the tournament.
ISU was tied for 10th after the first round with a 306 and shot to the top five with the conclusion of round two, posting a team total of 294, giving the Cyclones a solid 600 overall.
Cyclone senior Pennapa Pulsawath is tied for seventh, carding a 76 and 72 in rounds one and two, respectively.
Play resumes tomorrow with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. CST.
