AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State swimmers spent their final week of winter break on the annual Winter Training Trip.
This year's trip was to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where the Cyclones spent seven days training outdoors at Pompano Community Park and using their free time to relax on the beach and explore the area.
