Third-Place Game Canceled At Big 12 Championship

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Due to inclement weather and field conditions, Iowa State's third-place game at the 2019 Big 12 Softball Championship has been canceled. The Cyclones upset No. 8 Texas on Friday at USA Hall of Fame Softball Complex, before falling to No. 14 Oklahoma State.
Iowa State (32-23, 7-11 Big 12) will now wait to learn its postseason fate. The NCAA Softball Tournament Selection Show is set for Sunday at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2, followed by the bracket announcement for the National Invitational Softball Championship (NISC).
