Cyclones Open Spring at Orlando Invitational

AMES, IA - The 2020 spring tennis season has begun and the Cyclones are headed to Florida to play in the Orlando Invitational. Iowa State will be competing against Auburn, UCF, Virginia, Kansas, Texas Tech, Missouri, NC State, and Rice in the hidden dual format tournament.

2020 ORLANDO INVITATIONAL
The tournament will be held at the United States Tennis Association's national campus in Orlando, Florida from Friday to Sunday. The Cyclones will begin play each day at 12:30 and conclude at 3:00 barring weather delays.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
Three Cyclone seniors, Karen Alvarez, Margarita Timakova and Maty Cancini are set to begin their last campaign at Iowa State. All are expected to reach career milestones this season and they're looking to start 2020 off with a strong showing.
