Big believers that the best way to celebrate big milestones is with a Cyclone cookie cake! Congrats on 600 wins at Iowa State, @ISUCoachFen ❤️💛

REIGNING FROM THREE
As has been the case for decades, Iowa State is one of the top 3-point shooting teams in the country. Hannah Belanger leads the ISU effort from deep, canning 32 triples through 14 games and connecting on 39 percent of her attempts from deep. This season, ISU is Top 15 in NCAA DI and second in the Big 12 with 9.4 triples per game. The Cyclones have made 131 3-pointers this season, posting 10 or more made triples in six games this season.
IMMEDIATE IMPACT
Early into the season, the Iowa State freshmen are making an impact not only on their team but nationally as well. Audi Crooks leads NCAA freshmen in field goal percentage and is second in the Big 12, shooting over 62 percent from the floor. Crooks, an Algona, Iowa native, leads ISU with 15.9 points per game. That mark is seventh among all Big 12 players. Addy Brown is second on the team in both scoring average (15.1 PPG) and field goal percentage (.519) following her third 20-point game. Brown ranks 75th nationally for season field goal percentage and is ninth in the Big 12. Brown and Crooks each recorded double doubles against No. 4 Iowa on Dec. 6, the first time two freshmen posted double doubles in the same game since Madison Wise and Kristin Scott each notched double doubles against UMKC (Nov. 20, 2017).
