Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Earned Second Team All-America honors with 12th-place finish in 3,000-meter run at NCAA Indoor Championships (8:05.05) … was a big point scorer for Iowa State at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, taking third in the 5,000m run (14:24.85) and fourth in the 3,000m run (8:23.87) … earned ticket to NCAA Indoors via 7:51.29 in the 3,000m run at UW Invitational, the second-fastest time in Iowa State history in the event … also finished second at 3K at the Wieczorek Invitational (8:04.25).

XC: Raced in all five competitions for the Cyclones in 2018… finished just outside of All-America contention at the NCAA Championships, finishing 46th individually… earned All-Region honors with a sixth-place finish at the Midwest Regional… took fifth individually at the Big 12 Championships to earn All-Big 12 honors… competed at the Nuttycombe Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team honors.

2017-18
Outdoor: Redshirted … competing unattached, ran a personal-best 13:44.50 in the 5,000-meter run at the Portland Track Festival … competed in the invitational mile at the Drake Relays as an unattached athlete, clocking a 4:05.28.

Indoor: Participated in four meets for the Cyclones … won first career Big 12 title in the indoor 5,000m run (14:03.05) … also finished third in the 3,000-meter run (8:04.89) … ran a personal-best 7:56.61 to finish fifth in the 3,000 at the UW Invitational … followed that up with a 7:57.04 in the 3K at the Iowa State Classic … finished second in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (4:08.07) … also ran the mile at the Hawkeye Invitational.

XC: Completed one of the most historic sophomore seasons in Iowa State cross country history … 2017 Big 12 Male Cross Country Runner of the Year … earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships with a 15th-place finish … became Iowa State’s 38th All American in school history … paced Iowa State to a seventh-place finish, its best since 1994 … raced to an All-Region finish, taking fourth in a time of 29:13.37 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships … earned All-Big 12 honors for the second-straight year by pacing Iowa State to its first Big 12 Championship and finishing fourth individually … Iowa State’s top performer at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 24th overall … began the year with a fourth-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … earned Academic All-Big 12 honors.

2016-17
Outdoor: Ran in four meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 18th … battled to a fourth-place finish in the 5,000 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … anchored for ninth-place distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays … qualified for NCAA West Prelims with personal-best 13:55.12 in the 5,000 at the Cardinal Classic.

Indoor: Ran in a pair of meets for the Cyclones … took fourth in the 5,000 and 11th in the 3,000 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … marked his Iowa State debut with a 15th place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a personal-best 8:07.50 at the Iowa State Classic.

XC: Put together a memorable debut season in the Cardinal & Gold … was one of just three true freshman to see action and was the only true freshman to be part of the Iowa State scoring effort, which he did all five times he competed … made his collegiate debut at the Roy Griak Invitational, where he helped ISU to a runner-up team finish … placed 19^th overall (25:34) as Iowa State’s third finisher … placed 65^th (24:49) at the Wisconsin Invitational as the fourth Cyclone across the finish line … garnered All-Big 12 honors with a ninth-place finish (25:51) at the 2016 Big 12 Championship … helped Iowa State to a runner-up finish as the team’s No. 3 runner at the conference meet … just missed out on All-Region honors with a 28^th-place finish (30:57) at the NCAA Midwest Regional … placed 148^th (31:13) at the NCAA Championships as Iowa State’s No. 5 finisher.
