2010-11 (Senior):
Competed in the 200 IM (40th, 2:12.44), 400 IM (23rd, 4:40.12) and 200 breast (25th, 2:35.98) at the Big 12 Championships … competed in every meet this season for the Cyclones … finished third in the 200 IM at Minnesota and fourth against Northern Iowa … earned career-best time in 1000 free at Missouri.

2009-10 (Junior):
Competed in the 200 IM (40th, 2:10.61), 400 IM (21st, 4:37.56) and 200 breast (31st, 2:35.50) at Big 12 Championships ... collected third-place finishes in the 300 breast relay and 400 free relay at Nebraska-Omaha.

2008-09 (Sophomore):
Competed in the 200 medley relay (Exh., 1:49.50), 500 free (34th, 5:09.40), 400 IM (23rd, 4:33.04) and 1650 free (18th, 17:50.83) ... finished second in 200 fly against Northern Iowa and at St. Olaf.

2007-08 (Freshman):
Swam in the 200 medley relay (Exh. 1:50.62), 500 free (32nd, 5:07.03), 200 free (Exh., 1:56.30), 400 IM (22nd, 4:31.52) and 1650 free (Exh. 17:48.91) at the Big 12 Championships ... recorded seven top-three finishes for the year ... had two top-three finishes against St. Olaf, finishing second in the 500 free and 200 free (third, 2:02.44).

High School/Club:
Two time high school All-American (200 free relay and 400 free relay) ... three time first team all-state ... holds the Cedar Falls High School record in 400 free relay ... state champion in 400 IM and mile in 2006 ... finished second in the 500 free her senior year ... finished fourth in the 200 free in 2005 and fifth in the 200 free in 2003 ... Junior Nationals qualifier in the 400 free relay ... academic all-state member in 2006 ... USA Swimming Scholastic All-American ... set BLAST record in the mile and as a member of the 400 medley relay team (freestyle leg) ... honor roll member every semester of high school.
