Frazier enters his second season with the track and field/cross country programs in 2024 as the director of operations and an assistant coach.
As the director of operations, Frazier oversees administrative and logistical aspects of the track and field/cross country program, including team travel, budgeting, equipment orders and home meet operations. Frazier also works with the women’s squad as an assistant coach.
Prior to Iowa State, Frazier served as the operations assistant for the women’s cross country program at Florida State. In the 2022 season, Frazier helped lead FSU to an 18th-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
Frazier previously was an assistant coach at Blue Valley Northwest High School from 2018-20 prior to a promotion to head coach in 2020. Frazier also interned with HOKA ONE-ONE Northern Arizona Elite and served as a counselor at Joe Bill Dixon’s Wilderness Running Camp planning and leading training runs.
As a student-athlete, Frazier competed at the University of Central Missouri on the cross country and track and field programs. The distance runner qualified for the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships in 2017.
