Indoor: Scored for Iowa State in the mile, finishing sixth in 4:50.02, at the Big 12 Championships … did not score in the 3,000-meter run, but did record a personal best 9:40.86 at the conference championships … in the Big 12 Championships prelims, set her personal best in the mile at 4:49.39 to ensure her qualification to the finals … competed in the mile at the Iowa State Classic … finished 12th in the Invitational 3,000-meter run at the Razorback Invitational … finished third in the mile with a then-personal best at the Big 4 Duals … took part in the 1,000-meter run at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

Outdoor: Clocked a PR of 4:40.12 in the 1500m at the Kansas Relays … ranks at No. 7 in program history in the 3000-meter steeplechase, running a time of 11:11.49 at the Musco Invitational … ran a 1500m time of 4:41.93 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Saw action in six meets over the indoor season … ran the mile three times, dropping time in each performance and setting a PR of 5:00.21 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … notched a career-best in the 3000m at the Big 4 Duals, crossing the line in 10:28.24 … ran sub-3 minutes in the 1000m at the Bill Bergan Invitational, posting a time of 2:57.86.

Cross Country: Placed 17th at the Bulldog 4K Classic in a time of 13:44.48...at the Iowa Black and Gold Invite placed 39th with the time of 16:06.37.
