Outdoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State … finished fifth in the javelin at Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a career-best throw of 201-0, moving him up to No. 7 in Iowa State history for the event … also took fifth at the Drake Relays and the Musco Twilight in the javelin … started his outdoor season by winning the javelin at the Tulsa Duels … finished fourth in the javelin at the Sun Angel Track Classic … also competed for ISU at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Did not compete.

2015-16
Outdoor: Competed in seven outdoor meets for Iowa State, primarily in the javelin … set career-best in the javelin of 198-4 on final throw to win competition at Musco Twilight … two weeks earlier, had set then-personal best by over 16 feet at 194-8 at the Stanford Invitational … finished fourth in javelin at Tulsa Duels, San Francisco State Distance Carnival and Jim Duncan Invitational … also ran 400-meter hurdles at Jim Duncan Invitational … also competed in javelin at Big 12 Championships and Drake Relays.

Indoor: Represented Iowa State in three meets … competed in 60-meter hurdles at the Holiday Inn Invitational and Big 4 Duals … also ran in the 400-meter dash, and 4x400-meter relay at Holiday Inn Invitational … finished eighth in 600-yard run at Big 4 Duals … competed in 200-meter dash at Iowa State Classic.

2014-15
Outdoor: Competed in the 400-meter hurdles and the javelin at the Big 12 Championships, finishing ninth in the javelin (178-11) and 10th in the 400 hurdles (55.19), his season-best efforts in both events … also competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays and the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished 12th in the 600-yeard run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … ran the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic and Holiday Inn Invitational … also ran the 600-yeard run at the Big 4 Duals.

2013-14
Outdoor: Notched two top-five finishes, taking fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational and third at the Jace Lacoste Invitational … posted three sub-55 second performances in the 400H, clocking a season’s best of 54.04 at Baldy Castillo … also clocked a 54.39 at the Tiger Classic at a 54.57 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … also ran as part of the team’s 4x400-meter relay squad.

Indoor: Posted a career best of 49.55 in the 400-meter dash at the ISU Classic, also running sub-50 at Nebraska’s Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (49.84) … ran as a part of the program’s 4x400m squad that took sixth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … also saw competition in the 600-yard run.

Before Iowa State
Iowa High School 3A State Champion in the 400m dash, running a 49.06 in the state finals ... enters his Cyclone career with personal bests of 49.06 (400m), 25.60 (200m), 21-2.5 (long jump) and 53.53 in the 400m-hurdles.
