AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State football program announced today that three-star prep defensive back Richard Bowens III has signed his letter of intent to play football for the Cyclones.
Bowens, who is rated as a top-50 cornerback nationally by both Scout and Rivals, will be an early enrollee as a freshman and begin classes at Iowa State for the spring semester.
