Tickets & Stadium Gates
Gates Open: 5:00pm, first act on stage at 5:20pm. Once you exit the stadium you will not be allowed re-entry to the event.

Gates to the stadium are located on the north, east and south sides of Jack Trice Stadium. Your ticket allows entry at any of those gates. The ticket office is located on the north end of the stadium inside the Jacobson Building. We strongly encourage entering the stadium early to avoid long lines.
All tickets at field level (GA or FLR as your section) should enter on the north side of Jack Trice Stadium using gate 1 for entry, you’ll be directed to a ramp down to the field level to get to your seats.  Field level tickets can be scanned at any stadium gate however the ramp on the north side of the stadium will offer the most convenient access to field level seats.
A pre-concert tailgate event will occur from 3:00-5:00pm at the south end of the stadium in the Reiman Plaza. A concert ticket is required for admission to this event and re-entry will not be permitted. Concessions and merchandise will be available.
Parking

Limited parking will be available for purchase day of the concert at lots B1, C1, C2 (north of Center Drive near Hilton Coliseum), grass lots along South 16th Street will also be open weather permitting however we encourage purchasing in advance to ensure availability. Payment will be upon arrival, $40 per vehicle (plus taxes and fees) via credit card.
Cars:
Parking lots open at Noon for all car parking lots.  Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled opening of the parking lots. Cars staged or parked near the entrance of each lot may be asked to move until 30 minutes in advance of the lots scheduled opening.Â
Cars will be directed upon arrival to an available parking stall within the parking zone that they purchased and will not be able to choose their own parking stall, nor can stalls be held for those arriving at a later time. Vehicles may not park on curbs or islands within paved parking lots, they must park within a painted parking stall.
Tailgating is allowed but is not permitted within the drive lanes on roads or parking lots. No tents, chairs or other items may be placed or extend into the drive lanes. Parking staff can ask patrons to move or relocate any equipment they deem to be disruptive.
Iowa State uses the following definitions for vehicles: a vehicle is any car, pick-up truck or SUV. A recreational vehicle (RV) is any vehicle that includes a restroom. Vehicles parking in standard car stalls including any attached accessories must not exceed a maximum stall length of 24-feet and maximum width of 8-feet, 6-inches. Vehicles with pull-behind trailers and pull-behind smokers are prohibited from the car parking lots.Â
ADA parking is available to those with a state issued handicapped parking permit on a first come first serve basis in paved stalls south of the stadium. ADA parking will be available starting at Noon on Saturday, April 11 and is located on the south side of Jack Trice Stadium. Payment will be upon arrival, $40 per vehicle (plus taxes and fees) via credit card. No RV parking is available in the areas designated for ADA parking.
Additional car parking is available at the ISU Research Park south of Highway 30 along Airport Road or campus parking lots (map). Parking also is available in the neighborhoods near Jack Trice Stadium, please follow all posted regulations. Improperly parked vehicles may be subject to ticketing or tow.
RVs:
RV Village will open for entry on Friday, April 10 from 12:00pm-11:59pm and will reopen for entry at Noon on Saturday. RV Village has reserved parking stalls and you must park in your assigned 55 foot long stall only. Electrical hookup is available at all parking stalls. RV Village passholders must depart on Sunday morning after the event.
Shuttles/Trolleys/Elevators: Golf carts with Cyclone Trolley signs will run throughout the parking lots starting at 4:00. Cyclone Trolleys do not run after the concert. Courtesy carts are available inside Jack Trice Stadium at Gate 1 (north side of stadium) and Gate 3 (south side of stadium) to get patrons to the concourse level of the stadium. Elevators are also available on the north and south side of the stadium.
Concessions & Merchandise
Jack Trice Stadium is a cashless venue. Credit card or mobile payment is required at all concessions and merchandise stands.Â
Alcohol will be available at concession stands on the concourse as well as at field level (field tickets only). Canned beer and seltzers will be available (cans will not be permitted with the GA pit area). IDs are required for all alcohol purchases.

Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke tickets to future events without refund, for persons who violate any of the terms of the license or any state, local, or federal laws. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license.

Patrons in need of assistance can go to the guest services location on either concourse. Locations are below Section B on the west concourse, and below Section T on the east concourse. Patrons may also request assistance by calling the in-stadium customer service hotline.
Lost and found is located at the Guest Services locations on the East and West concourse. Items lost or found can either be turned in at these locations or reported to an usher. You can report your lost item here. All unclaimed items will be discarded.
Rideshare Services
Commercial services such as Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc. are encouraged to utilize the area around CY Stephens Auditorium to drop off and pick up passengers. Â Rideshare vehicles will not be permitted within the parking lots and will not be allowed to stop in traffic to drop off or pick up passengers. Â Drivers will be required to move if they are impeding traffic in any way.
