What is Cyclone Alley?

Cyclone Alley is the official student section of Iowa State Men’s and Women’s Basketball—home to the loudest, proudest, and most passionate fans in college hoops. From the opening tip to the final buzzer, Cyclone Alley leads Hilton Coliseum in creating an electric atmosphere that gives Iowa State a true home court advantage.

Leadership

Cyclone Alley is led by students with a passion for ISU Athletics. Roles include:

Co-Presidents (2)

Oversee all operations, strategy, and team culture
Lead weekly meetings, guide vision, and collaborate with Athletics

VP of Internal Operations

Schedules shifts, manages communication and logistics
Coordinates gameday operations and internal organization

VP of Student Outreach

Builds relationships with Greek Life, residence halls, and student orgs
Leads on-campus activations and cross-promotion efforts

Social Media Director

Manages all Cyclone Alley social platforms and content
Promotes events, themes, and highlights student involvement

Men’s Basketball Chair (1) + Support Team (2–3)

Designs themes, giveaways, and engagement plans for all MBB games

Women’s Basketball Chair (1) + Support Team (2–3)

Designs themes, giveaways, and engagement plans for all WBB games

Freshman Apprentice(s)

Learn the ropes, shadow leadership, and prep for future roles
