MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Gilson DeJesus had 16 points and nine rebounds as Kansas State beat Iowa State 74-63 Saturday night.
Pervis Pasco had 13 points and Matt Siebrandt added 10 for the Wildcats (13-16, 4-12 Big 12). DeJesus, Pasco and Siebrandt played their last game Saturday at Bramlage Coliseum during the school's Senior Night.
Tim Ellis also had 11 for Kansas State.
The Wildcats turned a 13-point halftime lead into a 45-25 lead with 14:10 left in the game. But the Cyclones (15-12, 5-11) went on a 10-0 run with 4:23 left to cut the lead to 10.
Kansas State, though, hit six free throws in the final two minutes to snap a seven game losing streak. Iowa State moved to 0-7 in conference road games.
Jackson Vroman, who fouled out, had 13 points, 11 in the first half, to lead the Cyclones. Marcus Jefferson had 12 points and Jake Sullivan added 10.
Kansas State held Sullivan, the Cyclones leading scorer at 17.8 points per game, scoreless in the first half.
The Wildcats forced 10 turnovers in the first half and scored six straight to finish the half. Kansas State led 36-23 at the half.
The win means the Wildcats will be seeded 11th in the Big 12 tournament, while Iowa State clinched the ninth seed.
