Football Shoots 2007 Commercial

AMES, Iowa - Camera crews took center stage Wednesday in the Jacobson Athletics Building as head coach Gene Chizik and the Cyclone football team worked with Applied Art and Technology and the ISU Athletics Marketing Department to create this season's football commercial.

The team debuted the new gold pants that will be worn for both home and away games during the 2007 season. Click the link above to view a photo gallery of the commercial shoot.

Shots were filmed inside the locker room in front of a complex set of lights and cameras, while an audio booth was set up in the defensive line meeting room to record soundbites of players and coach Chizik.

The commercial will air on Des Moines telelvision stations KCCI, WHO, WOI and Mediacom beginning in July. Fans not in the Des Moines market will be able to view the commercial on cyclones.com

Applied Art and Technology, a Des Moines-based video and interactive video production company, has created ISU football, men's and women's basketball commercials for the past three years.
