FLORENCE, Ariz.?The Iowa State women's golf team is in 11th place after two rounds of the Northern Migration Invitational in Florence, Ariz. The Cyclones carded 317 tally this afternoon for a two-round 621 total, as ISU currently sits in 11th place in the 19-team field.
Pennapa Pulsawath leads the Cyclones, moving up to eighth place after carding a second-round 74 for a 36-hole 149 total. Victoria Stefansen is tied for 18th at 151.
Texas-San Antonio maintains its lead in the team race at 594, one shot ahead of second- place Idaho at 595. Idaho's Kayla Mortellaro is the frontrunner to win the medalist title with a 6-under par 138, five shots ahead of pair of players at 143.
The tournament concludes tomorrow with 18 holes.
