Browning Forced to Withdraw From NCAA Championships

AMES, Iowa?Iowa State sophomore gymnast Michelle Browning suffered blood clots in her lungs that have forced the Houston, Texas native to withdraw from the April 22-24 NCAA Championships.
“I know Michelle is very disappointed that she misses an opportunity to represent Iowa State at the national championships,” Iowa State head coach Jay Ronayne said. “We all wish her a speedy recovery and look forward to her future success in her junior and senior years.”
