AMES, Iowa – If you want to watch Iowa State's season-opening football game against Northern Iowa on Sept. 3 and can't be in Jack Trice Stadium, your only source will be a live webcast on cyclones.com.
An exclusive webcast on the Clone Zone, the multimedia arm of cyclones.com, will be the only option for viewing the game outside of seeing it in person.
Iowa State has webcasted six prior games on cyclones.com, including the 2010 games against Northern Illinois and UNI, the 2009 contests with North Dakota State and Army, the 2008 game vs. South Dakota State and the 2007 contest against Kent State.
For the first time, however, the Clone Zone's feed will be attempted in HD through a feed from the new videoboard at the stadium. Radio commentary from the Cyclone Radio Network will be included.
The UNI football webcast is part of the premium video content available on cyclones.com. Subscriptions to the Clone Zone are available in the following packages:
- 12-month package for $79.95
- 4-month package for $29.95
- 1-month package for $8.95***
