Cyclones Roll In Singles Action At Wildcat Invite

EVANSTON, Ill. – Iowa State remained perfect in singles action at the Wildcat Invite Saturday.
The Cyclones picked up three more victories to improve to 6-0 this weekend at the event.
Sofia Cabezas defeated Northwestern's Justine Leong, 6-4, 6-3, while Chie Kezuka and Anna Supapitch Kuearum won a pair of three-set matches after dropping the first set.
Kezuka beat the Spartans' Liisa Vehvilainen, 4-6, 6-2, 6-3, and Supapitch Kuearum downed Michigan State's Ayshe Can, 5-7, 6-1, 6-0.
The tournament concludes on Sunday.
