Cyclones Poised For Senior Night Showdown Against Baylor

AMES, Iowa - No. 9 Iowa State will look to clinch a share of the Big 12 regular season title when it takes on No. 5 Baylor on Monday, Feb. 28. The Cyclones are looking for their first conference regular season title since 1999-00, when the Cyclones shared with Texas Tech and Oklahoma with a 13-3 conference record in head coach Bill Fennelly's fifth season at ISU.Â

- On Saturday, Iowa State set a program record with its 24th regular season win. Iowa State is looking for its 25th win of the season on Monday, a feat the Cyclones have achieved eight times in school history, all under head coach Bill Fennelly.
- Iowa State looks to set a program record for Big 12 wins in a season with a win on Monday. Iowa State recently matched its program record for conference wins in a season with 13 (1999-00 and 2018-19).
- ISU has 300 treys on the season, needing just four more to set a new single-season program record (303, 2018-19).Â
- Along with the barrage of 3-pointers, Iowa State is the most efficient 3-point shooting team in the nation, leading the country with a 39.4 percent 3-point shooting percentage.

- On Saturday against Texas Tech, Lexi Donarski continued her staunch defense, holding Vivian Gray to 9 points and 18.7 percent shooting, well under her 20.4 PPG and 41.8 percent shooting this season.

- No. 9 Iowa State claimed its sixth Big 12 sweep of the season with a 71-55 win over Texas Tech on Saturday night The victory gave Iowa State the most regular season wins in program history with 24. ISU also grabbed its 13th league win of the season, matching the school record, set in 1999-00 and 2018-19.Â
- Ashley Joens recorded her 14th double-double of the season, posting a game-high 22 points and 12 rebounds. She also became the fourth Cyclone in school history to reach 1,000 rebounds.Â
- Lexi Donarski tallied 10 points and grabbed three rebounds, while holding Texas Tech's Vivian Gray to just nne points, well below her 20.4 season average.
- Emily Ryan nearly picked up another double-double with 11 points and nine assists. Ryan now has 203 assists on the season, which ranks sixth all-time on the Iowa State single-season charts.
- Beatriz Jordão started for the second-straight game and tallied eight points, and was 3-of-5 from the field.
