AMES, Iowa – Anna Supapitch Kuearum and Isabella Dunlap will head to Lawrence, Kansas, this weekend to compete in the ITA Central Regional Championships.

LAST TIME OUT
Kuearum last competed at the ITA All-American Championships, where she played two singles matches in the pre-qualifying round. She took down Duke's Karolina Berankova, 6-3, 6-4, before falling to Vanderbilt's Valeria Ray in the second pre-qualifying round.
Dunlap played in Fort Collins, Colorado at the Jon Messick Invitational. She competed in singles and doubles action as she paired up with Colorado's Willow Gretsch for two doubles matches, falling in both. Dunlap finished the weekend with a singles win, taking down Utah State's Magdalena Nunez Pureco, 6-2, 4-6, 11-9. To read more about the tournaments, click here.
ITA CENTRAL REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The ITA Central Regional Championships will begin Thursday, Oct. 12. It will feature doubles and singles action. Dunlap is set to start singles play on Thursday, with her doubles match with Kuearum to come on Friday. Kuearum will start singles play on Friday.
The finalists in both singles and doubles action will advance to the ITA National Fall Championships in San Diego, California from Nov. 2-5.
CYCLONE TENNIS QUICK HIT
Run It Back – Anna Supapitch Kuearum returns to the ITA Central Regional Championships this year after a successful run last year, which saw her make it to the Round of 16 in both the singles and doubles brackets.
