The 49ers secured the No. 1 overall seed in the NFC behind a productive performance from Brock Purdy. Purdy threw for 230 yards and two touchdown passes while completing 78 percent of his passes adding four yards in the running game. The 49ers beat Washington, 27-10.
Purdy's performance on Sunday made him the new franchise record holder of the single-season passing yards with 4,280 yards to Jeff Garcia's total of 4,278 yards in 2000.
With one game left in the regular season, Purdy is second in passing yards, passer rating and passing touchdowns among NFL quarterbacks.

Breece Hall led the way for the Jets offensively in their 37-20 loss against the Browns. Hall recorded 84 rushing yards off 13 carries, while also having nine receptions for 42 yards and one receiving touchdown.
Hall has emerged as an important part of the Jets passing game, recording 579 receiving yards putting him in third for the team behind Garrett Wilson with 1,008 yards and Tyler Conklin with 605 yards.
Rookie Will McDonald IV recorded a tackle for loss against the Browns, while Allen Lazard was inactive.

David Montgomery led all rushers in the Lions' heartbreaking 20-19 loss against the Dallas Cowboys. Montgomery recorded 65 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries.
Montgomery continues to be an important asset for the Lions in the red zone with the touchdown against the Cowboys being his 10th this season, his career best. Montgomery is sixth in the NFL for rushing touchdowns with 12 on the season.
Montgomery is now 25 rushing yards away from securing a second 1,000-yard rushing season in the NFL with one game left in the regular season.

Charlie Kolar scored his first touchdown in the NFL on a 19-yard reception to help the Ravens demolish the Dolphins, 56-19, and secure the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC. Kolar also added one special teams tackle in the win.
