Cyclone Student-Athletes Complete Strong Spring In Classroom

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State student-athletes recently completed a successful spring semester in the classroom.
All 18 sports posted a grade point average above 3.00 in the spring and student-athletes averaged a 3.40 GPA. A total of 57 student-athletes earned a 4.00 semester GPA, while 176 were named to the Dean's List.
In total, 79 percent of student-athletes recorded a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Current Cyclone student-athletes own a 3.32 cumulative GPA.
Iowa State recently celebrated its spring and summer graduates in a ceremony.
On the field of play, Iowa State ranked No. 17 in the most recent Directors' Cup Standings at the completion of the winter competition.
