ROSWELL, Ga. - Iowa State junior center Audi Crooks has been named one of 30 women's college basketball players to be named to the 2026 Jersey Mike's Naismith Trophy Late-Season Team, announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club Tuesday.
Crooks has continued to prove herself as one of the most dominant players in the low post, averaging 25.3 points per game while shooting nearly 66 percent from the field. The Algona, Iowa native has also been a reliable presence on the boards, averaging 7.6 rebounds per game while recording 10 double-doubles through 25 games played this season. She has scored in double figures in 92 consecutive games, the longest active streak nationally, and became the fastest Big 12 women's basketball player in history to score her 2,000th career point (89 games). Crooks has also improved her free throw percentage, connecting on 124-of-172 (72.1 percent) attempts at the line this season.
Crooks and Iowa State return to action on Wednesday night in Hilton Coliseum when the Cyclones take on Arizona State. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 pm on ESPN+.
