Iowa State Accepts Invite to National Duals Invitational

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State men's wrestling team accepted its invitation to the 2026 National Duals Invitational held Dec. 12-13 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The dual tournament, which puts a $1,230,000 total prize purse up for grabs, will feature a 16-team field which was announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Cyclones will be joined by the defending National Duals Invitational champions Ohio State along with Arizona State, Little Rock, Minnesota, Missouri, NC State, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Stanford, Virginia Tech and Wyoming.

The top eight teams will earn payouts, with the winning squad walking away with $250,000. The second- and third-place teams will each earn $175,000, while fourth and fifth place will both secure $100,000. Sixth- through eighth-place payouts will be $40,000, $25,000 and $20,000, respectively. All participating teams will receive $20,000 for attending and will have the opportunity to compete for $50,000 in team takedown bonuses.

Tickets will be available for purchase beginning May 26 at 10 a.m. CST through Ticketmaster and the BOK Center Box Office.
