Women's Basketball Named to WBCA Top 25 Academic Team Honor Roll

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State has been recognized as a WBCA Top 25 Academic Team Honor Roll for the 2025-26 academic year. It is the second straight season the Cyclones have earned the national honor.
Iowa State finished 13th with a 3.749 cumulative team GPA, the highest on record for the program.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes college women's basketball teams across the nation in their respective divisions that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. Teams are required to record a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 to qualify for consideration. The 2025-26 season is the 31st in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
