Iowa State-Bowling Green 2027 Game Moved To Sept. 4

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State's 2027 nonconference schedule is officially set after ISU and Bowling Green mutually agreed to move their game to Saturday, Sept. 4 at Jack Trice Stadium.

"This agreement allows for us to open the 2027 season with three-straight home games," Endowed Iowa State Director of Athletics Jamie Pollard said. "It will be a great opportunity for Coach Rogers and the program to start his second season in front of our outstanding fan base."

The Cyclones will open the season Aug. 28 against South Dakota State and, after facing Bowling Green, the program will host Iowa on Sept. 11 in the annual Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series showdown.

Also on Iowa State's schedule are Big 12 Conference home games against Colorado, Houston, TCU and UCF. The Cyclones will visit league foes Arizona State, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and West Virginia.
