Outdoor: Competed for Iowa State in five meets … posted a personal best in the shot put (51-1, 15.57m) to finish eighth and got a PR in the hammer throw (169-11, 51.79m) to take 10th at the Big 12 Championships … opened season with victory in the shot put (47-11, 14.60m) at the Blue Oval Invitational … also competed at the Florida Relays, Drake Relays and the Rock Chalk Classic.

Indoor: Took part in three meets … scored for Iowa State with a sixth-place finish in the weight throw (60-10 1/2, 18.55m) and eighth-place effort in the shot put (49-4 1/2, 15.05m) at the Big 12 Championships … opened season with victories in the shot put (50-4 1/2, 15.35m) and weight throw (57-10 1/4, 17.63m) at the Cyclone Open … also competed at the Iowa State Classic.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … scored in a pair of events at the conference championships, taking sixth in the shot put (48-11 1/2, 14.92m) and seventh in the weight throw (personal best 61-8 1/4, 18.80m) at the Big 12 Championships … picked up a pair of wins on the season in the shot put, winning at the Jimmy Grant Invite and Cyclone Open … also competed at the Texas Tech Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

2018-19
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … finished ninth in the shot put (48-3 1/4, 14.71m) at the Big 12 Championships … recorded her personal bests in the shot put (49-5 1/2, 15.07m) and hammer throw (152-2, 46.38m) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Drake Relays, War Eagle Invite and Arkansas Spring Invitational.

Indoor: Scored a point for Iowa State with a personal best 55-2 (16.81m) at the Big 12 Championships … also finished 10th in the shot put (46-4 3/4, 14.14m) at the conference championships … also competed in the shot put and weight throw at the Iowa State Classic, Husker Invitational, Wieczorek Invite and Jimmy Grant Invitational.

2017-18
Outdoor: Competed in the shot put at eight meets for Iowa State … finished 14th in the shot at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (46-5 1/4, 14.15m) … posted a personal best 49-1 (14.96m) to finish fourth at the Nebraska Invitational … won shot put (46-11 3/4, 14.32m) at the Michael Johnson Invitational … also competed at the Drake Relays, Musco Twilight, Sun Angel Classic, Florida Relays and Tulsa Duels.

Indoor: Took part in six meets for ISU … finished 13th in the shot put at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (39-9 3/4, 12.13m) … threw the weight throw at four meets, capped by a personal best 47-7 1/4 (14.51m) at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Husker Invite, Hawkeye Invitational and Cyclone Duals.

Before Iowa State
2017 Missouri Class 5 State Champion in the shot put … one of the top high school shot put throwers in the country last season, ranking seventh nationally with her top effort of 48-4 … also finished fourth in the state in the discus as a senior … two-time state qualifier in both the shot put and discus.
