Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … posted collegiate-best 2:13.75 in the 800m en route to finishing 16th at the Big 12 Championships … was member of fourth-place 4x800m relay (9:06.75) at the Drake Relays, helping ISU finish second in the women’s Relays Cup competition … picked up win in 800m run (2:18.17) at Jim Duncan Invitational … also ran 800m at the Blue Oval Invitational and Rock Chalk Classic.

Indoor: Took part in three meets … was member of ninth-place distance medley relay (12:14.87) at the Big 12 Championships … finished 12th in the mile (5:08.17) at the Iowa State Classic … paced the 3,000m run at the Cyclone Open.

XC: Competed in one race for the Cyclones in 2020, finishing 19th individually at the Bob Timmons Classic behind a 5k time of 19:37.3… First Team Academic All-Big 12.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State … finished 11th in the 800m run (2:14.77) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a personal best 2:14.12 in the 800m at the UW Invitational … also competed at the Jimmy Grant Invite, Wieczorek Invite, Cyclone Open and Iowa State Classic.

XC: Named First Team Academic All-Big 12… ran for the Cyclones in three races in 2019, including the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship… finished 180th at the Midwest Regional with a time of 23:52.2… took 115th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational “B” race in 26:334.5… opened the season with a 32nd-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational with a time of 15:22.3.

2018-19
Outdoor: Competed in six meets … finished 21st in the 800-meter run (2:16.93) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked a personal best 2:14.20 in the 800m at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Drake Relays, Cardinal Classic, Stanford Invitational and Arkansas Spring Invite.

Indoor: Ran in six meets for ISU … finished 11th in the 1,000-meter run (2:59.94) at the Big 12 Championships … finished fifth in the 1,000m with a personal best 2:57.03 at the Hawkeye Invitational … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Razorback Invitational, Wieczorek Invite and Jimmy Grant Invitational.
