Outdoor: Finished 38^th in the 1,500-meter run at NCAA West Preliminaries with 3:50.34 … finished fourth at the Stanford Invite with a season-best 3:43.52 … placed 15^th at Big 12 Championships in the 1,500m clocking 3:48.26 … placed 11^th in the 5,000m at Drake Relays in 14:03.11.

Indoor: Opened season posting the third-fastest 5,000-meter run time in ISU history with 13:33.15 at the BU Season Opener … improved rank from No. 9 to No. 3 in program history with a mile time of 3:59.12 at the Razorback Invite, becoming the seventh Cyclone all-time to break four minutes … posted a 3,000m PR of 7:50.96 at the Husky Classic becoming the fourth-fastest performer in ISU history … scored in the 5,000m at Big 12 Championships with an eighth-place finish of 14:30.53 … also ran the mile (4:00.76) at the Cyclone Open.

Outdoor: Ran in five meets for the Cyclones … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 5,000 meter run, finishing 33rd (14:06.55) … claimed bronze medal in the 5K at the Big 12 Championships (14:08.62), moving up from fifth to third place on the final lap … ran second leg for ISU’s winning 4x1,600m relay at the Drake Relays (16:23.05) … also took eighth anchoring distance medley relay (9:50.90) at the Drake Relays … clocked personal best 13:34.86, good for seventh in Iowa State history, in the 5,000m run at the Bryan Clay Invitational … opened season with PRs in 800m (1:53.77) and 1,500m (3:42.40) at the Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Competed for the Cyclones in six meets … anchored for ISU’s silver medal distance medley relay (9:37.92) and finished fifth in the 3,000m run (7:58.45) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 7:52.14 in the 3,000m while finishing fourth at the Iowa State Classic, moving up to No. 5 in ISU history for the event … entered ISU’s all-time top-10 in the mile in ninth with his 4:00.74 at the Cyclone Open … opened season with 13:57.25 in the 5,000m at the Wooo Pig Classic, ranking ninth in ISU indoor history … also competed at the Razorback Invitational and Graduate Classic.

XC: Finished 122nd at the NCAA Championships... competed at the OSU Winter Open, finishing 13th individually in 25:12.9... raced to a 41st-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... became a three-time All-Big 12 honoree with a seventh-place finish (23:31.7) at the Big 12 Championship … in his first race of the year, earned a top-10 finish at the Cowboy Jamboree, taking eighth individually in a time of 24:21.1 (8k).

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … finished third in the 5,000m run (14:09.95) and sixth in the 3,000m run (8:17.92) at the Big 12 Championships, helping the ISU men secure the team title … clocked personal best 7:59.24 in the 3,000m run at the UW Invitational, becoming the ninth male in ISU history to go under eight minutes in the 3K … notched personal best 4:04.28 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic … also ran the mile at the Wieczorek Invite.

XC: Helped Iowa State to a fourth-place showing at the NCAA Championship, the Cyclones’ best finish in the last 25 years, finishing 43rd individually with a time of 31:21.6… earned All-Region honors with a 12th-place outing at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship, crossing the finish line in 31:11.7… one of seven Cyclone runner to earn All-Big 12 recognition as Iowa State cruised to its third-straight Big 12 team championship… finished eighth individually at the Conference Championship in 23:58.1… took 95th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational with a time of 24:35.7… began the year at the John McNichols Invitational where he finished 19th in 24:50.

XC: Competed in every event for ISU in his rookie campaign… was Iowa State's third finisher at the NCAA Championships racing to a 61st-place finish… earned All-Region and All-Big 12 honors by finishing 11th at both the NCAA Regional and Big 12 Championship races… ran at the Nuttycombe Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational.
