Outdoor: Earned Honorable Mention All-America honors with a 24th-place finish in the discus (161-11, 49.36m) at NCAA Championships … finished fifth in the discus at NCAA West Prelims with 181-8 (55.37m) … took the silver medal in the discus (182-9, 55.70m) and also scored in the hammer with a personal record (191-11, 58.50m) for sixth place at Big 12 Championships … hammer PR ranks ninth in ISU history … threw a discus season best at Texas Relays, finishing sixth with 185-9 (56.61m) … finished third at Drake Relays with a discus throw of 171-0 (52.13m) … claimed fifth in the discus at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (185-4, 56.49m) … threw discus in the elite division at Mt. Summer 2022
Qualified for the USATF Outdoor Championships in the discus, finishing 12th (173-4, 52.85m).

2021-22
Outdoor: Competed at seven meets for Iowa State … earned First Team All-America honors with eighth place finish in the discus (178-4, 54.35m) at the NCAA Championships … became the first Cyclone woman to earn All-America honors of any kind in the discus in program history … qualified for NCAA Championships with a 10th place finish in the discus (182-11, 55.76m) at the NCAA West Preliminaries … finished fourth in the discus (182-6, 55.62m) and sixth in the hammer throw (personal best 184-10, 56.34m) at the Big 12 Championships … won the discus at the Drake Relays with a season-best throw of 189-11 (57.88m) … also picked up win in the discus at the Musco Twilight (189-2, 57.67m) … also finished second in the discus at the Bobcat Invitational (169-10, 51.78m) and third at the Sun Angel Classic (188-2, 57.35m).

Indoor: Took part in the weigh throw in seven meets … finished 16th in the weight throw (54-7 1/4, 16.64m) at the Big 12 Championships … fired a personal best 58-3 (17.75m) to finish fifth at the Snowshoe Classic … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Razorback Invitational, Cyclone Open, Graduate Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for ISU … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the discus throw, finishing 23rd (169-9, 51.74m) … took 12th in the discus (145-2, 44.26m) at the Big 12 Championships … shattered school record in discus at the Rock Chalk Kansas, throwing a 191-2 (58.27m) to finish second and extend the school record by over 17 feet … opened season with win in discus (162-8, 49.59m) at Blue Oval Invitational … also threw personal best in hammer throw (160-4, 48.88m) at the Blue Oval Invitational … also competed at the Florida Relays and Drake Relays.

Indoor: Took part in two meets for ISU … finished 15th in the weight throw (53-9 3/4, 16.40m) at the Big 12 Championships … opened ISU career with third-place effort in weight throw (55-4 1/4, 16.87m) at the Cyclone Open.

Diablo Valley College
Completed one outdoor season at Diablo Valley College in 2019, taking part in the shot put, hammer throw and discus ... won six discus competitions across the season, the California Community College Athletics Association State championship in the discus ... posted her best performance en route to winning the Big 8 Conference title, notching a 161-6 (49.22m) ... also won the discus at the NorCal Championships, Jack Albiani Invitational, DVC Hall of Fame Classic and MPC Open.

High School
Competed for three years at Granada High School ... qualified for state championships in the discus as a senior, finishing sixth with a then-PR of 155-2 ... won three discus and five shot put competitions as a senior ... picked up an additional 10 wins across the discus and shot put during her junior season.
