Outdoor: Placed 16th in the 10,000m at the Big 12 Championship in 31:03.20...won his heat at the Payton Jordan invite in the 5,000m with a 14:07.84...ran a personal best of 29:08.76 over 10,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Competed in five meets... finished 187th at his first NCAA championships and helping the Cyclones to a third place team finish... just missed all-region honors by placing 32nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional...placed 38th at the Big 12 Championship and 5th in the Gans Creek Classic "B" race... was the first Cyclone across the line at the Cyclone Preview 6k, finishing runner-up in 17:42.9.

2024-25
Outdoor: Ran personal bests of 14:12.58 in the 5K at Bryan Clay and 29:55.07 in the 10K at the Stanford Invite.
Indoor: Took second in the 5K with 14:18.24 at the Iowa State Classic ... finished third in the 3K (8:17.17) at the Cyclone Open and third in the 5K (14:36.83) at the ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Competed in two meets... finished 11th at the Cyclone Preview to open the season and help ISU to the team title... ran for 13th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 25:17.9.

2023-24
Outdoor: Competed unattached ... finished eighth in the 5,000m in 14:51.09 at the Kip Janvrin Open ... clocked 3:59.38 in the 1,500m at the ISU Alumni Invite.
XC: Squad member, did not participate.

Finished fifth at 2022 Iowa State Cross Country Championships … ran at 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 5,000m, finishing 20th in 15:09.11 … holds personal best of 10:31.29 in the 3,200m and 2:16.67 in the 800m.
