Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000-meter run, finishing 25th (34:45.62) … finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run (16:32.69) at the Big 12 Championships … notched a personal best 32:58.64 in the 10,000-meter run, moving up to No. 7 in ISU history in the event, at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for ISU … finished fifth in the 5,000m (16:44.69) and sixth in the 3,000m (9:36.77) at the Big 12 Championship s… recorded a personal best 4:48.55 in the mile to finish fourth at the Wieczorek Invitational … took fifth in the 5,000-meter run (9:27.83) to finish fifth at the Razorback Invitational … also ran the 5,000m run at the Iowa State Classic.

XC: Finished 34th at the NCAA Championships to earn All-American honors… took sixth individually at the NCAA Midwest Regional race, earning All-Region… All-Big 12 performer with a sixth place finish at the Big 12 Championships… competed for Iowa State at the Bradley Invitational and Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team recognition.

2017-18
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for ISU … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000m run, finishing 27th (33:56.84) … earned Big 12 Outdoor Championships silver medal at 10K (35:09.60) and bronze medal at 5,000 (16:36.70) … ran PR 33:42.53 at 10,000 at the Stanford Invitational … was member of second-place 4x,1600m relay (19:26.25) at the Drake Relays.

Indoor: Ran at four meets for ISU … earned Big 12 Indoor Championships silver medal in the 5,000m run (16:42.99) … also ran the 3K (9:36.25) and finished 10th at the conference championships … ran 3K PR of 9:23.45 at the Razorback Invitational, finishing second … took ninth in the 5,000 at the Iowa State Classic in a PR 15:53.41 … finished fourth in the mile at 4:50.77 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

XC: Continued to be one of Iowa State’s top performers in 2017 … paced the Cyclones to a 20th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, finishing just outside of All-America consideration in 45th with a time of 20:15.53 … earned All-Region honors again with a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in a time of 20:28 … garnered All-Big 12 honors for the second straight year, taking fifth overall in 20:15.9 … posted a 36th-place finish at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 20:29 … aided in Iowa State’s runner-up finish at the Roy Griak Invitational, taking sixth individually with a time of 21:43 … began the year with a third-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … earned Academic All-Big 12 recognition.

Outdoor: Ran the 10,000 at three meets for Iowa State … finished 25th in the 10,000 (35:55.43) at the NCAA West Preliminaries … ran to a fifth-place finish in the 10K (34:15.61) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … at the Stanford Invitational, clocked a personal best 33:49.71 to move up to No. 7 in Iowa State history.

Indoor: Took part in three meets for the Cyclones … finished 10th in the 5,000 (16:31.19) and 15th in the 3,000 (9:42.73) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished 15th with a personal best 9:29.51 in the 3,000 at the Iowa State Classic … took second in the 3,000 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (9:34.73).

XC: Had a sensational, breakout sophomore campaign in which she cemented herself among Iowa State’s top runners … made her season debut at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 53^rd (20:59) to help the Cyclones to an eighth-place finish … ran a tremendous race at the 2016 Big 12 Championship, leading the Cyclones to a team title with a fourth-place finish overall in 20:39 … led four Cyclones to earn All-Big 12 honors at the meet … took home All-Region honors with a tenth-place finish in 20:29 at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet … was Iowa State’s top runner at the 2016 NCAA Championships, finishing 77^th in 20:43.6 to lead Iowa State to a 29^th place team finish.

2015-16
Outdoor: Represented Iowa State in three meets … scored for Iowa State with sixth-place finish in 10,000-meter run at Big 12 Championships … also finished 12th in 5,000 at conference championships … also ran in the 5,000 at the Virginia Challenge … ran personal-best 35:06.57 in 10,000 at Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for the Cyclones … finished 11th in the 5,000 and 24th in the 3,000 at the Big 12 Championships … took second in 3,000 at Big 4 Duals … ran to a fourth-place finish in the 3,000 at the Razorback Invitational … competed in the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational, finishing in fourth place … competed in 5,000-meter run at Iowa State Classic, finishing 18th in top section of meet.

XC: Made her Cyclone debut at the Oz Memorial Run, clocking a 23:09 to finish 23rd overall ... was Iowa State's third finisher at the Roy Griak Invitational, running a 23:13 to finish 78th ... finished 36th at the 2015 Big 12 Championship in a time of 22:08.

High School
As a senior in 2014 won the Wisconsin D1 (large schools) State Cross Country individual title in a time of 17:59.20 ... took fourth at the Nike Heartland XC Midwest Regional ... placed seventh at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional, clocking a 17:41.00, and was the top finisher from the state of Wisconsin ... finished third at Wisconsin D1 State Track & Field meet in the 1600 with a personal best time of 4:59.00 ... ran the fastest 4k time in the state during the 2014 season, clocking a 14:15.60 to win the Milaca Mega Meet.
