XC: Finished 146th at the NCAA Championships... finished 14th at the OSU Winter Open in a time of 25:13.3... took 38th individually at the FSU Winter XC Classic behind a time of 24:17.9... posted a 12th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (23:45.4), becoming a four-time All-Big 12 performer … became ISU’s first-ever men’s four-time All-Big 12 cross country runner alongside teammate Thomas Pollard … First Team Academic All-Big 12… earned a top-10 finish at the Cowboy Jamboree (ninth) behind an 8k time of 24:29.2 … began the year with a third-place showing at the Bob Timmons Classic, crossing the finish line with a 6k time of 18:22.0.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in three meets for Iowa State … scored a point for the Cyclones via eighth-place finish in the mile (4:20.27) at the Big 12 Championships, helping the ISU men secure the team title … finished third in the mile at the Cyclone Open in a season-best 4:14.03 … also ran the mile at the Wieczorek Invite.

XC: Helped Iowa State to a fourth-place showing at the NCAA Championship, the Cyclones’ best finish in the last 25 years, finishing 72nd individually with a time of 31:41.3… earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 recognition… raced to a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 31:13.5, earning All-Region honors… took ninth individually at the Big 12 Championship, aiding Iowa State to its third-straight Big 12 team championship… one of seven Cyclone runners to earn All-Big 12 recognition… finished 66th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 24:24.5… began the year at the John McNichols Invitational, finishing 21st with a time of 24:53.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State … led off for silver-medal distance medley relay (9:57.95) and finished fourth in the mile (4:07.62) at the Big 12 Championships … notched personal best 4:05.74 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic … also ran mile at Razorback Invitational … ran to personal best 2:27.23 in 1,000-meter run at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational, finishing sixth … finished fourth in the 1K at Hawkeye Invitational (2:28.62) … took second in the 800m (1:53.75) and fourth in the 1,000m (2:28.08) at the Wieczorek Invitational.
