Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 10,000m at the Big 12 Championships... placed 13th at the NCAA West Preliminaries over 10,000m, missing national championship qualifying by one spot...ran the seventh-fastest time in program history over 5,000m at the Payton Jordan Invitational with a 13:27.37... also competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Indoor: First Team All-American in the 5,000m placing sixth at NCAA Championships (13:42.82) … scored in two events at Big 12 Championships cementing bronze in the 3,000m (7:54.94) and eighth in the 5,000m (13:56.28) … put up nationals-qualifying 5,000m time of 13:18.35 for fourth at the Husky Classic … time was a personal best and ranks him as the second-fastest performer in Iowa State history … won the 3,000m with a PR of 7:51.99, just off the ISU top 10, and placed fifth with a mile best time of 4:03.27 at the K-State DeLoss Dodds Invite … opened season finishing 17th at the BU Season Opener in the 5,000m with 13:32.64.

Outdoor: First Team All-American in the 10,000m, finishing fourth (29:10.89) at NCAA Championships ... the ninth in ISU 10K history to earn first team ... qualified for nationals finishing eighth at NCAA West Prelims (28:19.84) ... bronze medalist in the 10K at Big 12 Championships ... third-fastest in Iowa State history with a 10K PR of 27:52.12 as he finished fourth at the Stanford Invite ... set a 5K PR of 13:34.99 (No. 10 ISU) taking fourth at the Payton Jordan Invite.
Indoor: Did not compete.
XC: Competed in one meet... ran 24th at the Big 12 Championships to help ISU to third place... finished the 8K race in 23:12.8.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in both the 5,000m and 10,000m but did not compete ... placed 13th in the 5,000m (14:05.56) at Big 12 Championships ... turned in a personal best in the 5,000m of 13:46.53 for 17th at the Bryan Clay Invite ... clocked a 10K PR of 28:41.12 for 29th at the Stanford Invite.
