Kelli Fogt spent four seasons on Iowa State's football staff, working the 2024-25 seasons at director of recruiting.
Fogt previously served as a student recruiting assistant for the Cyclone football program for four years. In 2022 and 2023, Fogt served as director of on-campus recruiting.
The Cyclones have signed many of the best classes in school history with Fogt working with the program, including back-to-back top 45 classes in 2023 and 2024. Her efforts have helped Iowa State in reaching bowl games in six of seven seasons.
In 2024, Iowa State set the program standard with an 11-3 overall record, the first double-digit win season in program history. ISU reached its second Big 12 Championship game and defeated No. 15 Miami in the Pop-Tarts Bowl.
The 2025 Cyclones followed up with an 8-4 season and again were bowl eligible.Â
In her role as student football recruiting assistant, Fogt was heavily involved in carrying out official and unofficial visits. She oversaw gameday events and assisted in managing other student recruiting workers.
Fogt earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Iowa State in 2021 before working at Colorado State as director of on-campus recruiting from March of 2022 to August of 2022.
