A three-year letterwinner … named second-team all-state and was a first-team all-district pick as a senior … named the team defensive MVP and played in the 2013 Iowa Shrine Bowl All-Star game … tallied 92 tackles, including 14 for a loss … also had three sacks … was a first-team All-District as a junior, helping the team to a 9-2 mark and second round of the playoffs … posted 43 tackles and 10 tackles for loss as a junior … team made the state playoffs all three seasons …coached in high school by Paul Patterson.
