Chipola JC
Ranked as the 38th-best junior college player in the nation according to JucoJunction...averaged 12.5 points, 3.8 assists and 1.8 steals in his final season at Chipola...his squad was ranked No. 1 in the nation during most of the season and was ranked sixth in the final NJCAA poll...team finished 27-3 and was knocked out by Tallahassee Community College (67-66) to miss the NJCAA national tournament...earned first-team all-Panhandle Conference honors in 2006...shot 49.1 percent (127-258) from the field and 40 percent (48-120) from 3-point range, leading the team with 48 treys...averaged 8.5 ppg as a freshman at Chipola JC, helping the Indians go 33-4 and finish fourth at the NJCAA national tournament in Hutchinson, Kan...was a second-team all-conference pick in 2005...current ISU assistant coach T.J. Otzelberger was an assistant at Chipola in Taylor’s freshman season.
