Outdoor: Finished Iowa State career by setting personal best 2:05.11 in the 800-meter run to finish in 16th place and earn Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA Championships ... qualified for her first career NCAA Championships with ninth-place finish in 800m run (2:05.78) at the NCAA West Preliminaries … took sixth in 800m (2:08.87) at the Big 12 Championships … was member of third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:51.57) and fourth-place distance medley relay (11:19.34) at the Drake Relays … opened season with personal best 4:24.98 in 1,500m to finish second at Stanford Invitational … also competed at the Cardinal Classic and Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Took silver medal as part of distance medley relay (11:40.12), sixth in the 800-meter run (2:10.83) and ninth as part of 4x400-meter relay (3:43.52) at the Big 12 Championships … finished fourth in 800-meter run (2:06.20) at the Iowa State Classic … finished second in the mile at the Wieczorek Invite (PR 4:46.60) and Jimmy Grant Invitational (4:56.33) … also competed at the Hawkeye Invitational and Razorback Invitational.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800m run, finishing 16th (2:07.41) … clocked a personal best 2:05.81 in the 800m en route to finishing seventh at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … was member of Drake Relays-winning 4x800m relay (8:36.51) and third-place distance medley relay (11:19.26) … clocked personal best 4:25.17 in the 1,500m to finish second in section at Stanford Invitational … also ran at the Sun Angel Classic and Cardinal Classic.

Indoor: Earned first career Big 12 championship as member of distance medley relay (11:15.73) at Big 12 Indoor Championships … also picked up silver medal in 1,000m run (2:46.18) behind teammate Larkin Champan at conference championships … won 800m run at Parent’s Day Invitational (2:07.46) … was member of winning 4x400m (3:59.03) and finished second in mile (4:58.53) at Cyclone Duals … clocked personal best 4:49.63 to finish third in mile at Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also competed at the Razorback Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

XC: Aided in Iowa State’s sixth Big 12 title in seven years… finished 43rd individually with a time of 21:41.7… competed for Iowa State at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in the “B” race… finished 70th overall with a time of 22:45… earned Academic All-Big 12 recognition.

Summer 2017
Clocked a personal best 2:06.74 to win the women's 800-meter run at the Ottawa Twilight Summer Series for Ottawa Lions Track Club.

2016-17
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800-meter run, finishing 47th at 2:14.92 … took part in the 800-meter run and as member of ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:44.44) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … was member of second-place 4x800-meter relay (8:41.10) and third-place distance medley relay (11:28.90) at the Drake Relays … won her section of 1,500-meter run at Cardinal Classic with a personal-best 4:27.77 … also competed in 800 at Cardinal Classic (third, 2:07.27) and Stanford Invitational (20th, 2:09.82).

Indoor: Represented ISU in four meets … was member of fourth-place distance medley relay (11:35.29) and finished eighth in the 800 (2:08.40) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … was member of third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:49.01) and finished fifth in 800 (2:15.90) at Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also competed in the 800 at the Husker Invitational (fifth, 2:13.08) and Iowa State Classic (17th, 2:09.24).

XC: Competed in three meets for the Cyclones in 2016 … made her season debut at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 16^th overall (10:38) as Iowa State’s third finisher to help lead the Cyclones to a 3-3-1 dual scoring record at the meet … finished 203rd (25:06) at the Roy Griak Invitational as the Cyclones took 14^th as a team … was Iowa State’s fifth finisher in the open race at the Wisconsin Invitational, placing 63^rd in 23:17.

2015-16
Outdoor: Took part in eight meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800-meter run, finishing 45th in 2:18.98 … ran third leg for Iowa State’s sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the Big 12 Championships … also finished 12th in the 800 at the conference championships … earned win in the 800-mter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational and Tulsa Duels … took fifth in the 800-meter run at the Drake Relays, while also taking part with sixth-place 4x800-meter relay team and eighth-place distance medley relay … took second in her section of the 800-meter run at the Virginia Challenge, where she also ran in the 1,500-meter run … finished second in the 1,500-meter run at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival, and third at that distance at Tulsa Duels … took sixth in her section of the 800-meter run at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Represented Iowa State in five meets … finished fifth with the distance medley relay, seventh in the 800-meter run and ninth with the 4x400-meter relay team at the Big 12 Championships … led-off for winning 4x400 relay team at the Holiday Inn Invitational … also took second in the 1,000-meter run at Holiday Inn Invite … earned second place in 800-meter run and 4x400-meter relay at Big 4 Duals … took fourth in her section of the 800-meter run at the Iowa State Classic … was member of distance medley relay team, and ran 800-meter run at Razorback Invitational.

XC: Redshirted her initial cross country season.
