Outdoor: Saw action in five meets over the outdoor slate … focused on the 800m, running sub-1:53 at the Tiger Classic (1:52.59) and at the Musco Invitational (1:52.04).
Indoor: Competed at six meets for the Cyclones, focusing on the middle distance events … placed third at Boston’s John Thomas Terrier Invitational, crossing the line in 2:24.27 … ran the opening 1200m of the men’s DMR at the ISU Classic, leading the team to the No. 2 spot on Iowa State’s all-time event list (9:38.49) … placed eighth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 1000m … clocked a season-best 1:52.27 in the Alex Wilson 800m.

Competed at Central Connecticut State ... placed third in both the 800m and as a part of the 4x800m-relay team at the Northeast Outdoor Conference Championships ... won the 1000m at the 2013 New England Indoor Championships with a time of 2:23.39 ... ran as a part of the 2013 NEC Indoor champion distance medley.
High School
Competed in cross country and track at Wolcott High School...As a senior he was awarded All-State in outdoor track for the 800 meter, named All-New England for the 1000 meter in indoor track and ran in the New Balance Indoor and Outdoor Nationals...Named All-NVL in the 800 meter his junior and senior years for outdoor track...Also named All-NVL in the 1000 meter his senior year for indoor track.
