Started all 35 contests and turned in a stellar sophomore season, averaging 15.2 points, 7.7 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game… one of six NCAA Division I women’s basketball players since 1999-2000 to finish multiple seasons with at least 400 points, 250 rebounds and 150 assists… ranks among the all-time Iowa State sophomore top five for points (2nd, 532),  rebounds (5th, 268), assists (T-3rd, 190) and field goals made (2nd, 193)… scored in double figures 28 games, finishing 11 games with 20-plus points… turned in eight double-double performances… earned her first Big 12 Player of the Week award after averaging 25.5 points, 6.5 assists and 5.0 rebounds against ranked foes Kansas State (Jan. 31) and TCU (Feb. 2)… recorded first 30-point game against the Horned Frogs, finishing 11-of-16 from the floor with three 3-pointers… recorded back-to-back double-doubles with points and assists against Colorado (Feb. 8) and Kansas (Feb. 15)… just missed Iowa State’s fourth-ever triple-double at Kansas with 17 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds… dropped a career-high 41 points in the Big 12 Championships Second Round against Arizona State (March 6), going 5-of-9 from beyond the arc and 10-of-11 at the free throw line.
2023-24
One of the nation's most versatile players as a true freshman and the only Cyclone to start all 33 games... became first Iowa State women's basketball player to record over 400 points, 250 rebounds and 150 assists in a single season... is only the 28th NCAA Division I women's basketball player since 1999 to have a season with those totals... led ISU with 8.2 rebounds per game and was second with 13.0 points and 4.8 assists per game... joined classmate Audi Crooks in breaking the ISU freshman record for made field goals in a season with 164 makes... also owns second-best season marks by an Iowa State freshman in program history for rebounds (269) and assists (159) and finished third for points (429)... recorded the second-best defensive rebounds per game mark in the Big 12 (6.8) as well as the third-most rebounds in the conference (269)... owns the most double-doubles by a freshman in program history, finishing the season with 10... she also posted five 20-point games, notching a career-high 24 points against UNCW (Dec. 3), at BYU (Jan. 6) and at Kansas State (Feb. 28)... was key in Iowa State's 85-68 defeat of then-No. 17 Oklahoma in the Big 12 semifinal, knocking down 4-of-5 3-pointers for 16 points while passing out seven assists to go along with six rebounds... also made four key triples against No. 2-seed Stanford (Mar. 24) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, finishing with 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor... had a near-triple-double against North Dakota State (Dec. 10) with 16 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists.

Daughter of Mike and Danika Brown... Mike and Danika both attended and played basketball at Butler County Community College from 1991-93 while Danika went on to play at Michigan State from 1993-95... has two sisters, Kenzie and Kennedy... Kennedy played two seasons with Oregon State women's basketball and finished her career with two seasons at Duke (2022-24), helping the Blue Devils to their first Sweet Sixteen appearance since 2018... was a member of the National Honor Society at Derby High School from 2021-23 and graduated in the top five percent of her class (511 students)... pursuing degree in business administration.
