Appeared in 34 games while making 32 starts… averaged 5.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists on the season… averaged 6.2 points per game in conference play, knocking down 23 3-pointers at a .383 clip… went off for 16 points and four assists at Arizona State (Jan. 8), hitting three triples in the first quarter… posted a season-high 17 points at Cincinnati (Feb. 5) on 5-of-9 shooting from the floor with four 3-pointers and five rebounds… followed up with 12 points against Colorado (Feb. 8), finishing 4-of-6 from beyond the arc… tallied 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting from deep in the 2025 NCAA Championships First Round game against Michigan (March 21).

2023-24
Played in 32 games for the Cyclones, making 24 starts... averaged 4.8 points, 2.3 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game as one of Iowa State's top perimeter defenders... scored a season-high 17 points at BYU (Jan. 6) on 6-of-9 shooting from the floor, including five 3-pointers... recorded a .417 3-point shooting percentage, just the eighth freshman in program history to shoot over 40 percent from deep (min. 50 attempts)... stepped into point guard role early on while senior captain Emily Ryan was sidelined with injury... passed out 74 assists on the year, the third most on the team... tallied a season-high six dimes against North Dakota State (Dec. 10)... scored four points while pulling down a season-high-tying five rebounds along with three assists and three steals in the Big 12 semifinal win over then-No. 17 Oklahoma (Mar. 11).

Iowa BCA All-Star Game MVP… Three-time IGCA All-State honoree (First Team in 2023)… Four-time IPSWA All-State member… Four-time First Team All-District selection... Four-year team captain and letterwinner for Des Moines Roosevelt... Led Roosevelt scorers with 438 points her senior season, shooting over 45 percent from the floor and nearly 43 percent from three-point range… Went 92-for-110 from the charity stripe (83.6%) in 2022-23… Also posted team-highs in rebounds (193), assists (61), and steals (75)… As a senior, finished the season with a 3.59 assist-to-turnover ratio... was a three-time track and field state qualifier in four events (high jump, 800m, 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay), medaling in both the 800m and 4x800m relay... was a three-time state qualifier in cross country... earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District three times each in cross country as well.

Nickname is "AJ"... daughter of Hez and Cory Jackson... has four brothers, Samuel, Kendell, Jackson and Braylon... father, Hez and brother, Kendell played football at Iowa State... mother, Cory also attended Iowa State... earned four academic letters at Des Moines Roosevelt High School... was a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree in basketball, track and cross country and was a cross country Academic All-State selection in 2022... carried a 4.3 GPA in high school, graduating in the top two percent of her class.
