Earned All-Big 12 honors in backstroke events with eighth-place finishes of 54.98 and 2:00.47 … set a 100 back PR at the Big 12 Championships in prelims with 54.43 to post the second-fastest performance and eighth-fastest time in school history … posted a 200 back PR in prelims of the conference meet with a time of 1:59.20, making her the seventh-best all-time performer … swam to six individual victories including a backstroke sweep in the Iowa dual … fastest on team in the 100 back and second-fastest in the 200 back and 50 free … matched her lifetime 50 free PR of 23.47 to rank No. 18 all time … part of three relay teams to set top-10 all-time times this season, including the second-fastest 200 and 400 medley relay team … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2020-21 (Junior)

Earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors in the 100 back for second-consecutive year … new No. 19 all-time top performer in the 100 fly with her PR time of 55.89 in prelims at the Big 12 Championship … ranks top-five on the team in the 50 free, 100 fly, and 100 and 200 back … finished top-three in all her dual-action races, including four victories … swam in the 100 back ‘A’ finals with a time of 55.89 for eighth and ‘B’ finals of the 200 back (2:00.69, 10th) and the 100 fly (56.09, 15th) at the conference championship … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2019-20 (Sophomore)

Ranked as the top 100 backstroker, second in the 200 back and fourth in the 50 free and 100 fly on the team … took first in both backstroke events against Nebraska and finished season with 10 top-three finishes in sprint free and backstroke events … seventh-best ISU performer in the 200 back (1:59.52) … earned Second Team All-Big 12 recognition in the 100 (8^th, 55.30) and 200 back (6^th, 1:59.89) … broke her 200 back PR at the Big 12 Championship with her finish of 1:59.52 in prelims … qualified for scoring finals in the 50 free (15^th, 24.05) and 100 (10^th, 56.70) and 200 back (14^th, 2:03.83) at the Kansas Classic … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Haan was an integral piece of the Cyclone backstroke squad in her freshman campaign … ranked as the top Cyclone 100 backstroker and second in the 200 back … also was fourth in the 50 free ... won seven events on the year, including an upset in the 100 back with a PR time of 54.73 at Iowa … the 54.73 ranked as the 11th-fastest time ever swam by a Cyclone and the fastest by a Cyclone freshman … swept the backstroke events in the four-point win over West Virginia … qualified for the finals in the 50 free and backstroke events at the Kansas Classic … scored in the 100 back (9th, 55.01) and 200 back (11th, 2:00.83) at the Big 12 Championships … helped set school records by leading off the 200 medley relay and swimming with the 400 free relay squads … ranks as a top-10 Cyclone in both the 100 and 200 backstroke events … scored 164 individual points, the 13th-most by a Cyclone freshman all-time.

High School
Earned First-Team All-State honors twice in her high school career … three-time All-Conference, All-State and All-American … won the 2017 Minnesota Class AA championship in the 200 medley and freestyle relays … served as a captain at Minnetonka High School under Dan Berve, also competing for the Aquajets Swim Team with Kate Lundsten.
