Posted an 18-1 record wrestling mainly in open tournaments … defeated Campbell’s Domenic DeFalco for his lone dual win … captured three open titles (Grand View Open, Cyclone Open, Last Chance Open) … placed third at the Daktronics Open … seven bonus-point wins (five major decisions, two pins) … won first six matches to begin the year.
2021-22
Redshirted the season, competing unattached in open tournaments ... Finished year with an 18-7 record ... Opened the season by winning the Grand View Open ... Took second place honors at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open ... Turned in sixth-place finishes at the David H. Lehman F&M Open, Edinboro Open and Last Chance Open ... Had four major decisions, a tech fall and two falls.

Wrestled to a 6-1 record during his freshman season… stepped up to start the first for duals of the year for the Cyclones at 149-pounds… compiled a 3-1 dual record… posted five bonus-point wins (four major decisions, one pin)… closed out the season with a 17-3 major decision over Arizona State’s Jesse Vasquez… scored 11 takedowns and 42 total match points in his four dual appearances.
