Tony Randolph is in his first season at Iowa State as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant in the Cyclone football program. He comes to Ames from Missouri, where he was a Tiger linebacker and a 2011 letterman.
Randolph received second-team academic All-Big 12 honors at Missouri last season, earning a Bachelor of General Studies degree with an emphasis in criminal justice, sociology and health science in 2012. Randolph served as a strength and conditioning intern with track and field and football under Missouri strength and conditioning coach Pat Ivy.
Randolph played his first two seasons at Missouri State, where he played under former Iowa State assistant head coach Terry Allen. Randolph compiled 135 tackles and 3 ½ sacks combined during the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
Randolph was an all-conference running back and defensive back at South High School in Blue Springs, Mo.
