AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State women's basketball 2025-26 Big 12 schedule dates were announced by the conference Monday afternoon.
Iowa State will play Cincinnati, Kansas State and Oklahoma State twice (home and away) and every other Big 12 opponent once, as announced by the league earlier this fall. Opponents were selected to best balance the schedule in terms of travel and competitiveness.
League play for the Cyclones begins Sunday, Dec. 21 against and concludes Sunday, March 1 at Kansas State. Iowa State will head to the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, March 4-8/9 to compete for the Conference's postseason title.
Following an 85-63 Senior Day win over then-No. 14 K-State, Iowa State finished seventh in Big 12 regular season play with a 12-6 record and earned a bye into the second round of the Big 12 Championship. The Cyclones went on to defeat No. 15-seed Arizona State behind 41 points from Addy Brown, one off the program record and three from the tournament record.
Iowa State will host its first Big 12 contest ahead of the holiday break, welcoming Kansas back to Hilton Coliseum to kick off conference play on Dec. 21. The Cyclones will host Baylor on Jan. 4 for their first action of 2026.
