"I was very pleased with the effort the kids gave in this match," Crum said. "I thought our passing was excellent. It allowed the middle blockers to do somethings as well as open up or outside hitters for some big kills. I thought we did an awesome job blocking and we were very aggressive with our serving. I thought Brittany (Dalager) was awesome. She was just very focused and played some significant minutes for us. She had a huge double-double (19k, 20d) for us. I thought Renae (Pruess) did a great job for us with her serving and her awesome backcourt attack. Overall this season, I am pleased with the way we went after the nonconference portion of our schedule and really played competitively and aggressively. In Big 12 play, although it didn't generate to wins, I thought we played a lot better and a lot more competitively when you think about how many game ones we won and how many games came within two or three points. All of that is significant and gives us something to build on for next year."
