AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State volleyball team expanded its 2002 recruiting class to four, as Katy Amundson of Bellaire Texas and Michelle Gannon of Scottsdale Ariz., signed national letters of intent on Wednesday. The two recruits join Amanda Craig and Katie Kruenegel as members of the 2002 class and will join the Cyclone volleyball team this fall.
"The addition of these two outstanding recruits really solidifies a great 2002 recruiting class for us," ISU head coach Linda Crum said. "Both Katy and Michelle will have a great opportunity to make an impact in their first seasons at Iowa State. They possess great athletism and volleyball knowledge and are excellent additions to our team."
