Banks Seventh Round Pick of NFL's Arizona Cardinals

AMES, Iowa - Ogden native Mike Banks, who finished his Iowa State collegiate career with 59 receptions for 584 yards, was selected in the seventh round of the NFL draft Sunday by the Arizona Cardinals. Banks was the 223rd player taken overall. Iowa State defensive end Kevin De Ronde, who made 188 career stops, is set to sign a free agent contract with the Dallas Cowboys.
